Aston Martin has announced that it will race a 500 hp hydrogen hybrid Aston Martin Rapide during the 24 hours race of the Nürburgring that will take place during the weekend of 19 May.

The car brand aims to set the ‘first ever race pace zero emission lap’. Aston Martin CEO Ulrich Bez believes that hydrogen hybrid technology is the way to zero emission mobility.
