Sprinting from standstill to 100 km/h in 1.779 seconds, is that even possible? GreenTeam Uni Stuttgart achieved this milestone and set a new Guinness World Record with their battery electric Formula Student race car. It’s the fastest accelerating vehicle on the planet.

Priska Schmid piloted the all-wheel drive 100kW strong electric racer at the JadeWeserAirport located in the Northwestern part of Germany. She mastered to stop the clocks in a blistering time under two seconds.
